Driving force uncovers what motivates and engages an individual in work and in life. This behavioral instrument combines the assessments that tells us how people behaver and perform in a work environment, but also the important “why” they do what they do and “what” impacts their decision-making.  Six attitudes lay the foundation for the 12 Driving Forces™ assessment. Those 12 major drivers form a window through which individuals view the world and seek fulfillment in their lives.
